(NYSE:PHM) delivered strong full-year performance in 2025, closing more than 29,500 homes and generating $16.7 billion in home sale revenues, while reporting net income of $2.2 billion, or $11.12 per share. Management also announced plans to divest its off-site manufacturing operations (ICG), sharpening its strategic focus on core homebuilding while still benefiting from third-party off-site innovation. This capital-light shift is expected to enhance returns and free up capital for reinvestment and shareholder value creation.
