Bunker Hill Mining (BHLL) announced that it has entered into an agreement with a lead agent acting on behalf of a syndicate of agents to be formed, in connection with a brokered, “best efforts” private placement offering of approximately 138,900,000 units of the Company at a price per Unit of C$0.18 for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$25,002,000.
