Regarding primary lithium manufacturing, the Tonopah Flats Lithium Project was designated as a Fast-41 Covered Project to accelerate federal permitting. The company completed all baseline studies for the NEPA review process and published a Pre-Feasibility Study in October 2025. This study outlines a 45-year mine life with a projected annual production of 30,000 tonnes of lithium hydroxide monohydrate at a production cost of $4,307 per tonne.
